A new weapon surrender bin has been installed in Thamesmead, making it the fourth permanent bin in Royal Greenwich aimed at reducing knife crime and making communities safer.

Greenwich in Bloom is back for another year, giving residents the chance to show off their green-fingered flair in one of the borough’s most beloved competitions.

The Holiday Food and Fun programme is back this summer, offering free, fun-filled activities and healthy lunches for children and young people across Royal Greenwich.

Drivers in the Royal Borough of Greenwich have been urged to be vigilant, as fake QR codes have been spotted at parking meters.
